Is there anyway to know what stances have a leg kick? I finished up the A's AA affiliate (Midland). They have a guy with a high leg kick (hands back, elbow out, bat angled towards opponent dugout). Any help would be appreciate it?

Any Phillies? In particular Chase Utley, I used Marlon Byrd's last year but it's changed now. I can't find his 2-handed follow through.

Definitely J. Bautista, E. Chavez, J. Hamilton, and B. Posey. Not sure of others.

I was doing some rearch myself about the team colors today and found out some useful info. With that being said: DET C Alex Avila catcher equipment- team color- default (their deault color is navy) Wrist tape- team color-default.

I'm using 112, i've been through all the stances and that's probably the best one.

Need help on a few White Sox stances/deliveries:

-Sale
-De Aza
-Pierzynski
-Rios (hands are a lot higher and he is more crouched)
