Just a heads up for the non-O's fans or those that haven't been over to the Baltimore Orioles roster thread, I've uploaded to the vault my own versions of the following players which were omitted from this roster:

Dylan Bundy, Manny Machado, Jonathan Schoop and Zelous Wheeler. PSN is Playmus.

    Now to play some games.
His Bundy and Machado are spot on IMO. Schoop looks good and I have never seen Wheeler...

[QUOTE=bmke92;2043532286]Well the Brewers have 4 of their top 5 prospects as pitchers. So 4 A's isnt all that bad but they are all starting pitchers. Peralta is an obvious A, Jungmann and Bradley were both First Rounders last year, so you can see why they have the A's, so the real fringe A is Thornburg, and he is easily a high B if not a low A. You're right about Rogers, he's a little suspect but he was a First round pick. Rivas and Heckathorn may need to be looked at.

Just my opinion. Loving these rosters so much. Harper, Darvish, and Gary Brown look Phenomenal. I need to look at every team just to admire their faces...that's not creepy right? [/QUOTE

St.louis has 5 first round picks next year...so by this logic they should automatically have like 10 A prospects next year...lol cmon it has to be top prospects league-wide, not by team.

I would have zero problem if I could edit the potentials of guys, but well we can't do that.
I'm a huge Bradley fan and Jungmann has about as much potential as any pitching prospect in the minors, but Thornburg has very rare ability. I'm not sure about the command on his breaking pitches, but the command on his fastball and changeup are as good as any pitcher in the majors.

With that said, looking at how SCEA rated potentials, I would have all three of them as high Bs.

            Hey guys,

Sorry i'm deviating from this whole Brewers topic.

But I have a question, I'm starting a Franchise with the Braves. How do i get Chipper Jones back on the lineup??
For some reason he's nowhere to be found on the bench or lineup...

ANy help to add again injured players would be appreciated.

Guys I just wanted to thank all involved. Your time and effort means a great deal to all baseball loving men and I assume women everywhere. Tonight is a big night as tomorrow morning my wife and I are having our second child and as those of you who have had children know sleepless nights are common. I am more nervous than ever and know I won't sleep a second in anticipation for the baby and these rosters will help calm my nerves and keep me company this sleepless night. Thanks again. Go Cards!!

I agree with you, Thornburg has a nice arm. But his durability is a huge issue and he doesn't have a breaking ball. Fastball/change up guys almost always wind up in the pen. He wants to make him an A reliever, I'd have no problem with that.

He's probably on the A roster since he's injured.

The Cubs should have at (2) A guys. Jackson and Baez. I don't like McNutt at all. So a B is fine for him IMO.

Szczur should be a B. Vitters could go a B or C. I'd still give him a B seeing as he is so young but I won't fret too much over it.

DeVoss should be on the roster. IMO he's their best 2B prospect. I liek him more than most and would give him a B. But he should at least be ont he roster and at least be a C.

I should feel ashamed for not thanking all of you guys for doing such great work over the past few years, but after recent personal experience of not being appreciated for my hard work in a personal project, I would like to thank each and every one you that put your time into something you didn't have to do. I hope you continue to do great work in the coming years.

                        We will make some adjustments.

Also...C's are fine as career minor league players as well as D's.

Really? I thought we were listening to ksig for the top guys. Which is why I had Paxton and Nick Franklin are B's for the M's. To avoid bias I defaulted to ksig and BA. (65+ grade=A, 55-60=B, etc.)

How many sim's did you guys run and for how many years? I haven't ran one yet with these rosters but just with my experiance in tuning the ratings for the M's it seems like there's alot of 2010/11 draft picks that are still a few years away from the majors that would be peaking 3 years into a franchise.

I'll run a sim and post results but thats just from glancing over the rosters. Since it seems like there's alot of high potential guys could I recreate a couple guys for the M's? (depending on how this sim works)

Overall, great work by everyone. It's kinda funny seeing how people do faces. Some guys round the facial features, others emphasis any little thing.

A HUGE thanks to all the folks who worked on the rosters. ... I think JoeRyan33's Dylan Bundy is spot on, too, and I've added him and JoeRyan33's Machado to the O's.

Maybe some day JoeRyan33 will be able to do a CAP for this Bundy >> http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bpa5s98ST5Y

I'm not really sure why there is a debate on potential now, it probably should have been done before the prospects were created. I mean, that's why we all set up threads for the teams we worked on.

That said, I always gave a lower potential if I wasn't sure. But it feels like this discussion might be better off in the corrections thread, since that's why it was made.

Glad to have been a part of the project and thanks to everyone else who contributed in any way as well!

I agree that he only has 2 good pitches. But his Changeup is his best pitch and he still has a ton of time to develop a decent curve. He is much more suited for a B, but one could see why he has the A. Rogers, Rivas, and Heckathorn are questionable. And i also just saw Jorge Lopez and Jimmy Nelson are B's, also unlikely. The Brewers are going to be very good for a very long time with this pitching. Any one of these starters on the Brewers would all be better than any Giants starting prospect.
