While I really appreciate all the work that goes into these rosters, it still bothers me when I read " well, I don't really like that guy so I gave him a lower rating". It's not about who you like or dislike, it's about staying true to the actual players ratings/potential.Playstation Network:That70s_Gamer

Re: Operation Sports Full Minors 2012 Roster - Spring Training Edition Available Now
Why do you think Peralta deserves an 'A' and not Jungmann and/or Bradley? Just trying to understand your logic here.
Damn Knight, I thought you were gonna go through and review all the prospect ratings...most teams are spot on, but who in the hell did MIL....by no means do they have a good farm system but yet they have 3 'A' rated SP, 4 'B' SP.and not a simgle SP with a rating below C....thats ridiculous.
Not to complain just because I am a Cards fan, but it will def piss me off doing franchise mode considering their farm is weak in real life yet probably the best in the game. They completely depleted their farm system the last couple years...the only SP worthy of an A is Peralta. Mark Rodgers a B? He has been a bust for two years now. Just bothers me because ILLST was very fair in his STL ratings, Tyrell Jenkins, who is s consensus top 100 prospect on just about every list got a B.
I know you guys put a ton of work into this, so I apologize for being a debbie downer, but maybe next year have a talk with whoever did the Brewers. Anyway, other than that the rosters are awesome, appreciate all the hard work. Thanks.Comment

This roster is AMAZING! I salute you, you guys who contributed to these rosters are great! I commend you on your hard work and effort put into this set. I can not thank you guys enough over the web! This will make the game even more realistic and enjoyable. THANKS SO MUCH. I hope next year i can help with the Mets, I love creating the players and doing all of that, even though it's very time consuming.Last edited by metsfan4life1; 04-04-2012, 03:16 PM.Harvey's BetterComment

Just wanted to say Thank You to all that devoted their time to creating this roster set. I applaud all the hard work each and everyone of you put into these.
The Phillies look Phabulous!!!
Great move putting Howard and Utley on the A Roster.
Also having Jorge Soler on the free agent list is cutting edge!
Once again thank you!Comment

It's gotten to the point where I'm more excited about the OSFM roster coming out then the actual game. Mainly because I refuse to dive in to franchise mode until I have the real minors. A big thank you to everyone who helped out with this!Comment

Re: Operation Sports Full Minors 2012 Roster - Spring Training Edition Available Now
Awesome rosters everyone, the hard work is much appreciated. One thing I noticed though. I played one game in franchise with the Brewers. I happened to notice that Wash. started Harper off in the big leagues so I went to check his stats for his first major league game....2 HR?? Curious if anyone had similar experience.
Also, with spring training, I would rather not control all teams and have to make accurate 25 man rosters for each team, is there a roster that comes out to fix this or does it have to be done manually?
New to this, thanks!Comment

Really? I thought we were listening to ksig for the top guys. Which is why I had Paxton and Nick Franklin are B's for the M's. To avoid bias I defaulted to ksig and BA. (65+ grade=A, 55-60=B, etc.)
How many sim's did you guys run and for how many years? I haven't ran one yet with these rosters but just with my experiance in tuning the ratings for the M's it seems like there's alot of 2010/11 draft picks that are still a few years away from the majors that would be peaking 3 years into a franchise.
I'll run a sim and post results but thats just from glancing over the rosters. Since it seems like there's alot of high potential guys could I recreate a couple guys for the M's? (depending on how this sim works)
Overall, great work by everyone. It's kinda funny seeing how people do faces. Some guys round the facial features, others emphasis any little thing.Comment
