Is the May 30th update the most up to date one?

Did Dan ever release the Updated zips projections with splits? I couldn't find it in the threads.

9 years, $30 million? If he pans out that might end up being a ridiculous steal.

Thoughts on ratings for Soler? Haven't really looked at the OSFM one, but he has plus-plus pull power, an above average arm, average speed, and a below average hit tool projected to become average. Something like this maybe?

                  35/45 contact
                  50/60 Power
                  30 vision
                  40 discipline
                  50 speed
                  60 arm strength
                  40 reaction
                  50 fielding

I'll take a look at the OSFM one, but he's probably pretty over-rated haha (regarding the OSFM one)...Basically I would rate him like a 2012 draft pick, he would have been a projected Top 5 pick.

What do you think his ETA is? I'm leaning towards 2015 although I have the feeling that the Cubs will stick him in Rookie ball to get acclimated first.

"Jorge Soler is a RF profile guy. BIG power, big arm, ok fielder, holes in swing. He's not historic and he's seen as ready for Low-A."

The best comparison I have for Soler is Torrii Hunter, he is a somewhat tall very athletic 6'2 (or 6'3 in some reports) 175 pounder. He has a very quick bat with alot of power upside, while he is a good runner, he wont be Gardner fast, but he should steal 20-30 bases.

I do like his swing though because most hitters with his type of loft have long swings that make them prone to K's, but he is more in the Vernon Wells, and Torrii Hunter mold, 270-290 hitter with 30 HR power. But aas far as athletesism is concerned, he looks alot like Torrii Hunter on the field, even his personality is Hunter-esque... He can become a fan favorite.

Maybe adjust the calculator to lower K/9 a few points?

                              Just seems like a contradiction.

I've seen multiple sources that have him around 200 lbs, this scouting report done in February has him at 4.22-4.36 home to first, which translates to average/slightly above average speed.
