Found it. His players are definitely useable for me, so I will possibly be done tonight. There are only two flaws with his rosters as I see them, both of which I have accounted for with mine... Firstly, his players lack personalization to some point. I can guarantee mine will be guys you will remember. Also, his potential ratings are "out of whack" and do not match up with his players' skill. Hold tight guys, we're looking at potentially a tonight or tomorrow morning release. If not, it will be Tuesday night at the very latest.

I ran a franchise sim with that guys roster and it was pretty out of whack. I had 13 guys hit 50+ homers, 26 players hit .300+.

Yeah I secretly simmed what I have so far with a fantasy draft. Leaned towards that as well. I've been stacking pitching since, preferably technique pitching, so hopefully we won't see that in the final release.Comment

Don't worry maizeblue, I couldn't completely remove that if I tried. However, just keep in mind, if teams have holes they naturally try to fill them... so for example if the astros have 3 power hitting outfielders and no pitching, I'll be conducting trades to make things more realistic.Comment

Obviously maizeblue that was the first thing I said. My goal is not to make all teams the same, but to improve upon teams cooperatively. I placed star players on teams logically based on who they might like to sign with based on different circumstances. But even so, if the Cubs have a 38 year old lefty 1B and a 24 year old 1B, and are lacking in pitching, they're going to trade the 38 year old 1B for a pitcher to improve themselves. They aren't going to hold off to preserve their "team personality."Comment

I get what you're saying about trying to have teams fill their needs. But shouldn't we let Franchise mode kind of do that? There will never be a point where all 30 teams have almost all of their needs filled. So I think it's a bit unrealistic to have the teams so balanced. Now, of course, if you're only doing this to a certain extent... like if a team has too many high caliber players at one position.... then it sounds like a good idea. My only worry with rosters like these is having all the teams too balancedComment

Only to the extent that it's logical for both teams. I'm not "playing god" and balancing the teams, they're actually probably more unbalanced than in real life. When conducting trades between teams, I look at it as if I was a GM for each team... It has to be a realistic trade. Just trust me when I say they won't become too balanced, each team has its own strengths and weaknesses, as well as some very distinguishable players. Good news... only 20 more players to make. Bad news... I'll only be able to work for about an hour tonight.Comment

Thanks for the offer, but I actually already have them made, I just need to import them... Then I'll do final tweaks on attributes, conduct final trades, and set rosters. Not sure how much I will finish tonight.Comment

Tomorrow, Tuesday June 25, 6/25/13, will be the release for the rosters. I will upload them at 11:59 PM Central Time. For those of you that may be mathematically challenged, that's 9:59 Pacific, 10:59 Mountain, and 12:59 Eastern. I've been looking forward to this release a long time, and am glad to say that I will have put the finishing touches on the rosters by tomorrow night. I hope you guys like these as much as I do. I will post again approximately 5 minutes before release.
These little dudes just looked cool.
