Re: 1999 Classic Roster
Did you do any prospects for these rosters? I apologize in advance if this has already been addressed.Comment

Re: 1999 Classic Roster
As far as I can tell the minors have been left alone. I'm not sure I'll edit the rosters for every team but I just did the Mariners' AAA roster. If I do edit the minor league rosters it would only be the name, age, height, weight, skin color, bats, throws, and U.S. born.
Here's the players I've done so far for the M's:
2B Francisco Matos
1B Ryan Jackson
RF Ryan Radmanovich
SP Brett Hinchliffe
RF Charles Gipson
SP Melvin Bunch
SS Jose Flores
SP Kevin Hodges
SP Ryan Franklin
CP David Holdridge
RP Sean Spencer
RF Kerry Robinson
RP Aaron Scheffer
RP Rafael Carmona
RP Maximo De La Rosa
RP Huck Flener
CF Shane Monahan
RP Joel Adamson
1B Shawn Buhner
SS Domingo Cedeno
C Raul Chavez
SP Damaso Marte
C Scott Sealy
3B Brad Seitzer
LF Ozzie Timmons
If there are any needed corrections please let me know.Comment

Re: 1999 Classic Roster
Just want to say great job on these rosters....very good job on all of the edits, stances, players faces, attributes, etc.
I currently made an online league using these rosters and I chose the Indians....wow it is so much fun! I invited a few other guys too and we are all having tons of fun.
Here is the league page if anyone was interested:
If anyone wants to join too we can have a few more guys join. My main goal was to basically play out the 1999 season with just a few guys I know and see how the stats and playoffs turn out. Trades, Free Agents, Injuries, etc. are all set to off too. We are only using the 25 man rosters and that is it!
Oh and one question....are the spray charts completely random when you made these? I noticed some power hitters like Mcgwire have extreme push tendencies, which is kind of backwards. Not a big deal really, but I was just curious on how spray charts were determined. Hopefully next year they can make spray charts editable.Comment

Re: 1999 Classic Roster
Mariners are essentially done (debating whether or not to add Carlos Guillen, Chris Snelling, Rafael Soriano, and Cha-Seung Baek) and finished the Rangers' AAA. I'm including notable 1998 and 1999 draft picks in Single A. So when I'm done, the Rays will have Josh Hamilton in Single A.Comment

Re: 1999 Classic Roster
I like what I've seen of this roster, but there a few minor errors I've noticed already. For example Tony Womack actually bats Left-Handed (not right-handed) and played 2B/SS and OF. I'm thinking about making one of my own for the 2001 season but am going to use the latest roster update to make Miguel Tejada my template for players with MLB service time. And from what I've seen he has the highest rated potential (B) for a position player.Comment
