I might have to watch that video on Olmsted again to see if this is similar... I was going off what I remembered seeing for him.
I'll take a look at it tomorrow sometime.

Despite having the double tap of the glove, I like that delivery, might run with it for now.

I know I don't like that either... But I think it's the closest we're gonna get for Olmsted.

          Hey everyone,

I'm new here. I've used operationsports in the past, but never to post, usually just to browse the hard work of others (particularly for FIFA). Huge BrewCrew fan, and long-time xbox360>MLB2k baseball user (by default). Finally caved today and decided to by a PS3 specifically so I could play this game. I assume I have a lot in common with people on this board (between MVP Baseball, MLB2k, I probably spent 50% of my hours tweaking rosters, ratings, and batting stances). After spending some time on youtube, this game seems to be a baseball purists dream, from a detail standpoint (I can't believe you can edit a player's "stride"; Amazing!). Looking forward to pitch in however I can, if I can.

Some quick questions, just from viewing batting stances on youtube, is there a consensus on any of the following for improvements:
-Corey Hart (seems like his right arm is up a bit too high)
-Carlos Gomez (definitely not the default)
-Luc (I liked Alonso too for that one)
-Braun (arms need to be higher too)

Re: MLB 13: Milwaukee Brewers Edits

After some research today, my batting stance thoughts on a couple guys:

Carlos Gomez: Gregor Blanco, Rob Brantly, or Generic 258 (Frank Thomas)

Corey Hart: Lance Berkman (Hart seems to rotate his hips to the right and close his left shoulder more akin to this stance than his default one)

Taylor Green: Travis Hafner or Curtis Granderson

Any thoughts on these? I used some of Sept. 2012 footage for each guy from MLB.com. I couldn't hyperlink since I have <5 total posts so far.

We've discussed Gomez stance already. Check out the previous comments in this thread. Not sure if there is a good one for him.

Hart, we will have to take a look at when he comes back from injury. Gomez is going to be a pain, but we're waiting until opening day (or this Friday) when we can get a closer look. Luc we have decided on Alonso. And I don't think you will find anything better for Braun, given that he mo-capped his own stance this year.

So rumor has it that the Crew is signing Kyle Lohse. Which leaves me thinking that Peralta will be the odd man out, leaving the rotation like this: Gallardo, Lohse, Estrada, Narveson, Fiers. Any thoughts? Maybe they will put Peralta in the pen to take Rogers spot?

I could be wrong but... I believe Fiers will be in Nashville... He still has an option left... And I don't think they're ready to give up on Mark just yet.

Edit - Now it sounds like Rogers will begin the Season on the DL so whoever doesn't make the Rotation will be the Long Reliever.

With that said... We need a delivery for Kyle... He goes over his head with his motion.

I might have found a stance for Marco Estrada. Gen 88

A few options for Lohse: Eveland, Kennedy, Nova, Ricky Romero. Some are better than others, I like Kennedy the best out of those

I found a good delivery for Kyle... Take a look at Jim Johnson... Looks really good to me! The delivery is a little too quick when going over the head but I can overlook that.

Isn't Ian Kennedy a slowed down version of this?
