Re: MLB The Show'14(PS3 and PS4)-Operation Sports Full Minors-RECRUITING
Hey guys, this is my first time purchasing MLB The Show since I just recently purchased the PS4 after years of owning a Xbox 360 and having no baseball game to play (hated mostly everything about 2K). One thing I didn’t hate was the commitment to the users who uploaded rosters down to every detail. If my game was terrible, at least I couldn’t complain about every level of my farm system being completely accurate.
My question is basically this. That’s what this thread is all about, correct? I can successfully download the roster updates with every prospect correctly named and, more or less, labeled to become a star or a bust? I’m a big Mets fan and I’m beyond excited to finally manage the team the way a NY franchise should be managed (because apparently only in video games can the Mets spend money), but I would like to download on Day 1 the updated rosters that include stud prospects like Noah Syndergaard, Rafael Montero, Cesar Puello, Brandon Nimmo, Dom Smith, etc.
This will all be possible thanks to this thread? If that’s the case, you guys are just simply amazing. The commitment is impeccable and I give standing ovations to all of you.
Side question: Is there a draft in these games? If so, will we be given the option to upload those names to the game? And lastly, I like to create myself outside of any personal path game mode in a regular franchise mode and play through it that way. Will I be able to place myself in the minors for the Mets or the majors for the Mets for that matter, without disrupting any of the continuity?
