Does adjusting the user pitich speed slider affect the way you see the pitch(faster or slower), or the cpu would see the pitch?

I believe that if you set the pitch speed slider higher for the CPU. The ball will appear faster to you (the hitter.)

what about the USER pitch speed? how does that affect the game?

I'm pretty sure the pitch speed is only visual, but can anyone confirm if a higher pitch speed also increases the power of the balls hits, thereby creating more HRs and hard hit balls?

I've played with it and sometimes it seems to be the case, but I can't be sure.

For me, the higher the pitch speed for either the AI or myself makes it harder to hit the ball-but-when you connect,I've found more variety in the way and direction the ball travels and more HR's. Of course,contact and power sliders can and will make a difference. So I'd set the pitch speed to as high as you can handle it for more realism IMO.

Yes this is what I noticed aswell.

That's why I think you can get good balance with this up high and Contact and Power set low. But it still makes it tougher to hit.
