    CPU vs CPU

Anyone just watching games? If so, what sliders adjustments are you using? Just looking for something that will produce avg stats across the board. Honestly I'm horrible at testing stuff out. Thanks in advance.

Here are some sliders off the top of my head. Start with these and adjust accordingly:

Pitch speed about a 13 (the bar should be 3/4 filled)

    Pitch count Maxed

Throwing speed: 2 clicks all the way from the left (I use 1 but I've made all sorts of slider adjustments to individual players..2 is good 4 u)

    Errors bar about 3/4 full

Throw accuracy - about half filled

    strike zone tight
    batting view wide
    fielding view high

If it is CPU vs. CPU, why would sliders and level of play matter? I would think it would have no bearing on the game. It should play the same at any level with default sliders. I have not tried this but it makes sense to me. Are you not getting realistic results with everything on default?

No I am not getting the realistic reaults i seek w/default sliders. Adjusting the CPU sliders has brought a much more realistic game to my experience.

Had time to get a game in, box score looked like this.

              Score
              Angels - 0
              Mariners - 1

              Hits
              Angels - 5
              Mariners - 6

              Errors
              Angels - 1
              Mariners - 0

              Moyer - 4.2IP 4H 0R 0ER 3BB 6K
              Colon - 7.2IP 6H 1R 1ER 1BB 12K

              2 Stolen Bases

How I got the sliders setup right now (thx to King)

              Pitch Count - Max
              CPU Pitch Speed - 13
              CPU Contact - 4
              CPU Power - 10
              CPU Arm Strength - 2
              CPU Arm Accuracy - 10
              CPU Error - 15
              CPU Baserunning - 15
              CPU Injury - Max

I'll have to watch a few more to see if this is consistent or not, I like the amount of hits, but the strike outs seem abit high. Contact bar is a scary deal.

                Your contact is TOO low...
Put contact at 13 & power at 11 and adjust accordingly. If you wnat a tad bit more variety in type of hits move the pitch speed down 1 notch...

i tried these sliders and your right...too many strikeouts...id increase the contact a notch each game and see if the hits increase....i think the power is fine...too much power would mean more hrs...im getting at least 1-2 with these settings already...
