Here are my Vet sliders. I play with the Rockies.

Everything is the same for both the CPU and User except Contact and Power
Default = 10

Pitch Speed - 15
Errors - 15
Base Running Aggressiveness - Maxed
Pitch Count - Maxed
Throw speed and accuracy - 6

CPU contact - 4
CPU power - 8

User contact -6
User power -12

I think that is it.

Oh yeah, injuries at 0

Just beat the Mets using these sliders. Here is the final line score

Rox 7 12 1
Mets 4 9 0

That is pretty realistic to me. Mets took lead 3-1. Rox came back to make it 4-3. Mets scored one to tie it in the 7th at 4-4. Heilman came in and I scored 3 on him to make it 7-4. Fuentes closed out the 9th with a save. Of my 12 hits, I had one homer, and 2 doubles. Pedro also struck me out 9 times. The Mets had 2 homers and 2 doubles. All in all, a very enjoyable game to play.

I have never had the kind of results as you. I guess we play with different styles.
