Not Getting Any AI Called Strike Outs

Now I know it happens, but I'm not getting any in the game. I'm playing on Veteran with "GSize19's" sliders. Does anyone have any suggestions what sliders to change and what to change them to would be fantastic. Or even if someone has a set of sliders that does a good job of getting a good mix of swinging and called strikes. I do nibble the corners, change speeds, and throw to different spots, but still don't get the AI to get called out on strikes. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks much. Later

the key to getting called 3rd strikes, is changing speeds, setting up the hitter, and NOT being predictable.

For instance, don't always throw a curveball in the dirt on an 0-2 count. I have actually gotten called 3rd's on 0-2 counts by throwing a fastball right down the middle. Now, I wouldnt suggest you do this all the time, but if you have set up other hitters previously, it can and does work.

One thing I love to do is go inside with a fastball, then outside with a breaking pitch, but mix it up. If you go outside with a fastball, it can set up an inside breaking pitch.

The biggest key, is CHANGE SPEEDS. I use classic pitching, and I have success throwing the SAME pitch back to back, but I dont charge it up as much......it actually works pretty well

As I posted above, I do change speeds and mix things up quite a bit, as well as set up the batter. Well, I'll keep trying and see what happens, but if anyone has any more suggestions or slider changes or particular sliders to try it would be much appreciated. Thanks again. Later

I'm playing on Legend and I see called thirds a decent amount, probably should see a bit more. Control and changing speeds is key. I once got two called thirds in a row with Ted Lilly with fastballs right on the low outside corner, it was awesome. Changeups will give me called thirds a lot as well along with fastballs on the high inside corner.

This may sound silly, but throw some two strike fastballs. Paint a corner (or maybe not even), and when they're "thinking" it's going to be that splitter dropping below the zone... BAM! Teabagged.

Just used this strategy to full effect with Billingsley. I had set my guy up with stuff away and gotten to two strikes. For the strikeout I went with a 2-seamer up and in that broke right over the inside corner. It was a beauty to watch.

I've also found that messing with the hitter's eye really works in this game. For example, start a guy out with a straight fastball just off the plate. Then come inside, or come at the outside corner with a biting fastball that will catch the outside part of the plate. The effects on the hitter are true, and if you can keep working him, you'll get Ks and called 3rd strikes.

I get some on bad calls. I usually find a called third strike is the result of a well placed breaking ball on the corner, particularly if I haven't shown that pitch yet. Not an issue with me on All-Star anyways.
