Actually, I don't know how to because I've never done it (even though I upload them for other people to download haha).
I'm guessing what you do, assuming you have the files in your flash drive, is you put it in your PS3, and in your XMB you go to the Games section, and find the flash drive option there (for instance, mine is titled USB Mini Cruzer). You can either click X and see what things pop up related to PS3 Games stuff only, or you can click Triangle and go to Display All to find all of the folders in your flash drive. The latter is recommended because you can find exactly what you're looking for, as you know how you have it saved. From there, find the appropriate folder/files that you have it under, and when you find the specific files, press Triangle and go to Copy. Copy it to the PS3 HDD, and hopefully that should be it.
When you fire up the game, it should be available to load. This is all just a simple guess from ways that I have uploaded other things, but hopefully this information will suffice.
