Need Serious Help

My buddy and I are doing a 2P Dynasty and we are just getting beat left and right on All-Star. I am the Braves(4-10) and he is the Yankees (4-11). We don't want to turn down the difficulty to veteran, and we are just looking for a way to not have momentum just absolutely murder us.

I had a game where i was winning 3-0 going into the top of the 9th. I brought in Gonzalez to close the game. He gave up a double to the first batter. Gave up an RBI single to the second batter. I called a mound visit. Then the VERY next pitch the CPU jacked it for a homerun, and i eventually wound up losing the game. Any help for us would be greatly appreciated.

I turned down some of the CPU sliders and it has helped a lot.

Solid Hits 3
Starter Stamina 5
Reliever Stamina 0
Pitcher Control 3
Pitcher Consistency 3
Strike Frequency 0
Manager Hook 7
Pickoffs 2

You can also bump up your User hitting if you need to.

It has also been mentioned to me (and working great so far) that if you drop your User Consistency to 3 (go figure) it helps reduce the meatball/mistake pitches that you seem to make when your confidence starts dropping and the CPU starts smacking you around.

Two best tips.....

1. When pitching, try to get a 1st pitch strike, then pitch to the corners.
2. Don't swing until you have at least 1 strike on you at the plate.
