    Sliders, batting practice

Simple question: Do sliders affect batting practice?

I've searched the forum and can't seem to find the answer.

Honestly, I don't know either, but would like to find out. I can't even tell if the pitch speed is affected....

I would also like to know if slider changes affects the CPU games that you don't participate in during your franchise/season.

Similarly, do slider changes take into affect if you sim the games you don't play?

    Just curious.

The PCI circle gets smaller when you reduce contact slider. So reduce it to 0 and see if you see a change. It will be subtle, but there definitely is a size difference.

Pitch speed slider definitely works in BP. I play with the speed zeroed now and I can instantly tell whether I forgot to change the slider - mostly due to fastballs getting whizzed by me.

It doesn't have 2k-level difference in speed (that literally floats up to the plate on zero ), but it is noticeable.
