    PS2 Sliders

Hey I just got this game a few days ago and have been looking for some sliders on PS2. I'm assuming most of these are for PS3, right? Does anyone have some good PS2 sliders?

i think you are going to go thru sportsconnect. or edit yourself because in the PS2 version, you mess with default the CPU owns you. I don't know if it's that prevalent in the PS3 version but the game plays you.... you don't play the game as soon as you bump a slider

The sliders posted on here work just fine for the PS2 version. I'm using a combination of Dr. Ursus and Psycho's sliders and the game plays great for me.

i would like to see some of your stats. i have tried numerous sliders, but i find crazy gameplay on all levels except rookie. i feel like i need some kryptonite to slow down the supermen that the cpu players become in the later innings. way too many blown saves for me. maybe it's just my bad pitching ability, but from innings 1 to 6 i am usually o.k. even on veteran level it happens to me. i have actually tried adjusting sliders on rookie. it seems to be more forgiving. lol. just curious to see what kind of results you are getting.

o.k., i'm with you on this one now. no matter where i put the sliders the games feel awkward. the cpu players become supermen when the pitcher confidence is down. i've tried everything i could think of. now i'm playing on veteran default. i actually think it plays pretty good for me now. turned off strike zone to make pitching more difficult. switched to offset view for pitching and batting. helps me with reading the pitch and maybe just a coincidence but it seems to produce better results. i will also swing for power on 2-1 and 3-1 counts because it helps produce more homeruns.i don't guess pitch or use the api either. when it come to ps2 "JUST DON'T BUMP" is my new motto. just hoping good play continues

Ditto. I use all of psycho's sliders except for Pitching, I use Ursus pitching sliders to draw more walks. I play on All Star and this game plays great. I only have 3 game left in my season and it has been the most fun I have ever had playing a video baseball game since Ken Griffey Jr for the SNES. What I really like is almost all of the stats are bang on what they should be. My offense is still a tad high though, and I could stand to draw a few more walks. A few less hits and a few more walks and this game would be perfect.
