Re: How can i draw more walks?
1. Don't mess w/ pitcher control, you may see a few more balls (not many) but you will also see alot more fastballs right down main street, resulting in 15-16 hit games for you
2. Lower pitcher consistency for CPU 2 ticks left, and you will definitely be able to draw more walks, sometimes i get 6 walks a game w/ these slider settings, but you still have to be patient...it all takes practice
3. one thing i did when i first bought the game when i couldn't get a walk to save my life was...i bought a second controller so i could select a pitcher on the opposition that was tired (like 50-75% energy) just put the 2nd controller back to CPU once you get to the game...and it will be even easier to draw walks, but don't be fooled, even doing this i still ran into some 5-6 hit games -
Re: How can i draw more walks?
Turn off the strike zone/hot zones. I was becoming too dependent on them maybe, and when I turned them off I found myself letting more marginal pitches go and walking more often. I strike out looking more often too, but you probably should be striking out looking a couple times a game maybe anyways.Steam: BahnzoComment

Drop Pitch speed to 0, and drop Strike Frequency and Pitcher control down too. Use DrUrses sliders for drawing walks.Comment

Re: How can i draw more walks?
i have:
Pitch speed : 5
Control: 6
Consistency: 0
frequency: 0
Yesterday I draw 14 walks in game, getting more runs than hits
But you need to be PATIENTE too
not hit the first pitch of the AT-Bat, get many pay-off pitches (3-2)
Make tired the CPU pitcher
avoid pop-ups (not pitching high pitches in the strike zone unless you have there the CPI)Comment
