I did exactly this. One click to the right for each, and I still miss the spot, but it seems less random as far as where you miss when you do miss it.

I was seeing too many fastballs I was trying to throw on the outside edge end up all the way inside, and felt that although it does happen when a pitch goes totally awry, making these adjustments kept the distance in the missed spot a bit more realistic...

Just played my first game with these sliders. Lost 4-3 to Atlanta (I'm the cubs). Gave up 2 runs in the bottom of the 8th to lose it

      CUBS 3-8-0
      BRAVES 4-9-0

1 HR was hit by the Braves (Diaz) on a Fastball inside plate.
I had three warning track shots

      CUBS 2 DOUBLES
      BRAVES 2 TRIPLES 1 HR

      DEMPSTER 7.1 6 HITS 2ER 0BB 4SO
      GRAY 0.0 1 HIT
      GRABOW(L) 0.1 2HITS 2ER
      STEVENS 0.1 2BB

      BRAVES

      JURRJENS 7.0 6HITS 2ER 0BB 6SO
      CHAVEZ 1.0 2HITS 1ER
      WAGNER 1.0 2 SO

Game seemed real good. Only prolbem was cpu could not get a hit between 2nd inning and 7th inning. Got way too easy for me. I'm gonna give it a coupel more games before I adjust anything. I actuallly played the last three innings with Hall of Fame and it seemed alright.

Played one more.Lost to the Reds 3-2.

Played the 1st 5 inning son Hall of Fam ethen switched to All-Star, and didn't see much of a difference

        CUBS 2-10-0
        REDS 3-10-0

        2B-RAMIREZ
        HR-RAMIREZ

        WELLS 6.0 7 HITS 3ER 6SO
        MARSHALL 2.0 3HITS 1SO

        2B-VOTTO,BRUCE
        HR-DICKERSON

        CUETO-7IP 7HITS 2ER 1BB 6SO
        MASSET 1.0 1HIT
        CORDERO 1.0 2HITS 2SO

I've noticed that once the bullpen come sin it's easier for me to hit and easier for the cpu. Not sure y.

I played with solid hits at 1. I may adjust it to 2 for me. I've only had 3 extra base hits in two games. I am hitting way too many grounder and choppers. Would anything else help that? I am not swinging at bad pitches either and pitch speed is at 4. Will play more games tonight and post

I like ur sliders. Am having trouble getting doubles though. 90 percent f my hits are singles that get past a diving infielder. Also, does the cpu just throw low pitches to u? I never get anything middle or upper.

I don't have a problem getting extra base hits. Try making some slight tweaks - these sliders are a base, you can adjust as necessary to fit your game.

Alright, I finally have the full minors roster installed, started my franchise using LETSGOMETS 25 man roster workaround, I have added the proper players to the 40 man rosters now.

I have N8Rockers batter/reliever music installed and all the markers set, etc.

                IT'S FRANCHISE TIME

Gonna play Opening Day Game #1 in a few minutes
Yankees (CPU) @ Red Sox (ME)

Re: TNKNGM MLB10 All-Star Realism Sliders

                    Your sliders are absolutely fantastic!!!

After 10 games i just needed to make two modifications to have EVERYTHING spot on:

Fielder speed at 2 (you have it at zero)
CPU strike frequency at 2 (you had it at zero)

The first modification was because i thought the fielders were two slow, i once it 3 straight succesfull bunt attempts WITHOUT being out at first base, and the second was because the cpu was sending to many balls (i had easily 4/5 walks per game and i am NOT that good).

Everything else is spot on AND with a lot of variety! (this is REALLY important in my opinion!)

Congratulations for the sliders, they are really good!

I have to agree that these sliders are working well for me. I also have to agree that fielder speed has to go up because I have seen the same bunt issue. I am scared of moving it up though because I don't know how that will effect the outfielder speed. Are there two different sliders for outfielders and infielders? (I am not on the game right now and can't check).

Game #1 of the Season - Opening Night

                          NY Yankees(CPU) 6 @ Boston(ME) 3

Sabathia and Beckett both pitched very well. Boston had the lead 3-2 going into the 9th inning. Papelbon came on to close it out and had to face Texeira, A-Rod and Cano in the 9th. Paps was able to get Texiera out and then got A-Rod to hit a weak groundball to Scutaro @ SS and Scutaro threw it away for a costly throwing error, A-Rod hustled all the way to 3rd base on the play. He then scored on a Cano groundball to 2nd base. Okajima gave up a walk and a hit w/ 1 out in the 11th, so I intentionally walked A-Rod to load the bases for Cano and hope for a double play. Cano hit a sac fly to CF to get the go ahead run home. Then Posada hit a gapper and the Yankees suddenly had a 6-3 lead.

                            NY Yankees(CPU) 1 @ Boston(ME) 2

Lester and Burnett squared off in a great pitchers duel. The game was tied 1-1 in the bottom of the 6th when Adrian Beltre launched his first HR in a Boston uniform to give the Sox the lead 2-1. Delcarmen was able to get A-Rod to hit into an inning ending 5-4-3 double play to end the 8th and this time Papelbon nailed down the save with a perfect 9th inning. I was able to draw 3 walks with Victor Martinez in this game.....very happy with the sliders through the first 2 games of my franchise.

There aren´t two separate sliders, sorry... but if you put just two clicks up (set it at 2) the bunt issue will disappear and you wont notice A LOT of improvement for the outfielders. It really just needs two clicks up because the infielders on the bunt issue are like half-second late only.
