Classic Pitching Sliders

I dug this out of an old slider thread and it's worked really well for 3 games now.......

Human:
Starter Stamina - 5
Relief Stamina - 0
Control - 5
Consistency - 4

CPU:
Starter Stamina - 5
Relief Stamina - 0
Control - 5
Consistency - 4
Strike Frequency - 2

I had CPU strikes at 0 but they couldn't come anywhere near the plate. I was up 2-0, 3-0 almost every AB.
Reading that slider description it says frequency of strikes in early counts. Now they will get the first pitch or 2 over but not all th time. I had 3 walks my last game, including 2 in a row. One loaded the bases, the 2nd walked in a run.

CPU Strike Frequency at 0 works a lot better for me

anything above 0 and the CPU is Greg Maddux in his prime with constant 0-1 and 0-2 counts

CPU Strike slider, I agree either 1 or 0, for working the count @ pitch count. Hop

I tried it there and they couldn't throw a strike. I was up 2-0, 3-0 with almost every hitter.
Once I raised it to 2 they would throw a first pitch strike, but maybe half the time, which is about what the leagu average is on 1st pitch strikes (58% I think someone pointed out somewhere.)
It was also making it too easy for me to hit with strikes at 0. I could just sit back on anything over the plate and tee off.
At 2 it keeps me guessing.

Do you use guess pitch at all?

No.
I use no batting aids whatsoever. And I also never use the power swing.
