I swing only but it will work just as well using the L-Stick.

sportyguy, love that Oli Perez line, as you say, so typical of the man lol.

Just had a crazy spring game, 6-5 win with 6 home runs combined, this was preceded by a 1-0 pitching duel.

    Its all there guys.

I'm 0-6 with these sliders. My pitching has gotten better but my offense is inept. I've been blownout and I've lost leads late. It's gonna be a loooong season.

Correction, I am 1-6 with these. I beat the Pirates 9-4 (I had 14 hits, 3 HR's, a double and a triple) in my first game with them. Since this game I think I have had 14 hits total in the next 6 losses.
Again, it's gonna be a looooong season.

        So far, so good.

Im really liking the variabilty so far.

I have had Livan Hernandez in trouble all game.

Ive drawn walks, and I have hit just ropes off of his slop, but they have all been right at someone, or I just barely miss, so I only have 5 hits and 1 run to show for it...but that's baseball lol..I love it.

Alright! This is more like it. Probably the most satisfying victory I have had so far!
          I beat Philly 7-4.

          NYY 7-11-0
          PHI 4-13-1

Vasquez pitched 5 solid innings. Walked 3 K'd 5. Gave up a run in the 2nd on a FC. Tried turning the double play but Utley beat the throw to 1st. Came back in the 3rd with 4. After Happ gave up an infield single and 2 walks with 2 outs Swisher fought off an inside pitch and blooped one over Howard's head at first for a 2 run double. Winn then followed with a 2 run single.
Werth hit a 2 run homer next inning to make it 4-3. Winn homered in the 7th, 5-3. Later in the 7th Pena hit a triple when Ibanez dove for a ball down the line and missed. Philly pulled the infield in and Jeter slapped the ball the other way past Utley for an RBI single. Then on a 3-2 count Jeter takes off on the pitch, Granderson hits a slow roller to third. He's thrown out at 1st but Jeter keeps going to the empty third base (kinda like Damon did in the World Series on the 2 steals on one play). Teixeira then lined a single to left to make it 7-3.
Philly adds a run in the bottom of the 7th, Mo comes in and gets 3 in the 9th and I finally, FINALLY, get a solid win!!!
          Yay me!!
I will now lose 4 in a row but hey, you gotta crawl before you walk.

Nice BC, yeah i pulled out a 2-1 game against the Phils. Scott Baker and Swarzek pitched well and guess what, i held the lead lol. Jason Kubel went deep. Halladay owned me but luckily it was beginning of spring training and he only went 3 lol.

Re: *****The 'Perfect' Slider Set***** MLB 10 - The Show

2 things that I went nuts about in that last game.
The bloop double for 2 runs. I am usually the victim of hits like that but I finally got to drop one in.
The other was Jeter's single with the infield in. I knew if I could get a hard grounder I had a good shot at getting the run in from third, and it was a typical Jeter hit, the hard hit between second and first.
Actually thinking back there was another big moment when I was up 4-3. Philly had 2 outs and bases loaded with Werth up, who hit a 2 run bomb off me in his last AB. I fell behind 2-0 then got him to hit a deep foul to make it 2-1. Got him to swing and miss at a change to make it 2-2. Threw one in the dirt for ball 3 then got him to swing and miss at a fastball up and in for the K to end the inning.
Nothing like an intense game 3 weeks into spring training. What's gonna happen once my season starts?

Just had a ridiculously awesome game against Boston

                BOS: 410 050 100 11 18 0
                TOR: 022 203 003 12 13 1

But like, it felt realistic. It wasn't a homer at will game. It was both teams working down pitchers and just destroying mistakes. Both teams only had 2 HR each, it was just a lot of singles and doubles. I'll post the highlight reel once I figure out how to upload it, but these are awesome.

I used these last year, and am using them again this year. So far, 8 games into ST, I'm loving the results so far.I've had 2-1 games and lost one 6-2.

Nice and variable, which is how baseball should be.

Are these sliders on SportsConnect? I skimmed through the thread but didn't notice if they were or not.

Downloaded these yesterday and yes, they are still top rated around 94%. Played an awesome game as the Rays losing to the Pirates 8-7.

Montreal Canadiens - Tampa Bay Buccaneers - Tampa Bay Rays - West Ham United - Montreal Impact - Jeff Gordon

                          Good stuff there Aub!
That homer from Youkilis looked sick on the replay.
                          Wells' HR too.
Your next game will be a 1-0 pitcher's duel.

This is a really nice, well-balanced set. I'm especially liking CPU pitching. Depending on the quality of the starter, I can go from 1-2 BB and 8-10 K to 3-5 BB and 4-5 K.

Just lost 15-3 to the Phils today...Burnett got mashed in his 1.2 innings he pitched. I don't know what all the commotion is about the fielding, I see the CPU dive and miss all the time or even come up with the ball and lose their grip before they can throw it....
