Damn, I use classic. Classic pitching is a hell of a lot harder this year and hopefully without much editing to your set I can get pitching to where I like it.

I use Classic as well, and these sliders were "Perfect" for me last year...

Made a one click to the right adjustment on pitcher's accuracy and consistancy (I believe that's what those two are called) and was good to go...

Looking very forward to implementing them in my "Show" experience, Psycho!

I agree with King, thats all you should have to do to "convert" meter to classic just up the pitch control and consistancy one notch. The sliders worked really well, with any set up you would have had last year. This year will be no different.

Played another 5 games today (im off work, wife not in, so what better way to use the time) and ive made what i think will be the final tweak, another 5/10 more tests and i should be able to release, probably Sunday the way things look.

Also glad to see the Classic guys can use them as well, if adding 1 to Pit Con and Pit Consis works for you, great

The biggest issue I'm having is OF arms. Maybe all the fielder's arms. I'm seeing too many cutoffs from RF to 3B and too many throws from shallow to middle OF to home that are wide of the plate. Too many one hoppers to first from the IF too probably.

I'm also having a bit of an issue with doubles. Too many close plays at 2nd on what should be a rather routine double. This might have something to do with how hard they are hit, but I have solid hits zero'd out. Maybe the OFers are getting to the ball a tad too soon.


Anyway, looking forward to these as I have used them the past two seasons and highly recommend them. Thanks for all your work.


Edit: Oh yeah, and triples. I've had an inordinate amount of CPU OFer's diving and missing balls, then having them roll to the wall for a triple. I don't know if they are maybe getting closer than they should have been able to, or what is causing this (possibly just an anomaly?), but I hope you have something for that as well.
