    No Power

I don't know what it is, but I'm playing on veteran AND have increased user contact and power, and still only have 1 homer in 5 games using the Mets.

    Here is how i swing:

If I'm going for power, i use the left analog stick and aim it top left or top right depending on if i want to pull it or go opposite field (does this even work anymore?), and then press square. Seems like I always line out.

All this is with using classic 1/4 guess pitch, so I know exactly where the ball is going to be.

Another possibility is that I just suck.

You aim with the left stick to put the bat on the ball but use the right stick to influence the hit before a pitch is thrown which is up(fly ball), down(grounder), left(3rd base line) & right(first base line). I have my user contact at 8. Hope that helps.

So you don't have to hold the stick in that position right? That'd be pretty hard to have to hold the stick with your right hand, and also press square with your right hand.

Yes just move the right stick in the direction I stated before a pitch is thrown, you don't have to hold it just let off. Then you just use the left stick to make contact when a pitch is thrown.

I use guess pitch 1/4 as well...If you guess location correctly the PCI locks in place on you so there's no need to move the left analog. I never move it anyway regardless, but just letting you know. I have the contact slider set to zero personally, with solid hits and power set at 9. I usually get 1 HR every 2-3gms it seems now FINALLY, cuz before I was in the same boat as you're in now. I also play on Vet with guess pitch 1/4

You don't need to have the PCI on for it to lock onto a location do you?

Nope, I have it off. It locks in no matter what. To see this happen, just turn on swing analysis and hit L3 after the pitch where u guess location correct. You'll see the yellow circle moved from center. And it's rarely ever square dead center on the ball
