I considered increasing fielding/throwing errors, but I don't want some of these plays to simply turn into cheap errors, just for the throw to not always beat the runner or be right on target 100% of the time. It happens for both myself and the CPU with default Fielder arm strength, and decreased reaction. Anyone have any suggestions to stop some of these plays? Sometimes I feel like the 3B is a robot, gets to everything and makes plays that only a few players IRL could ever pull off. Thanks guys.

Fielding Question
Does anyone have any suggestions/slider tweaks to lessen the fielding ability of some of the infielders? I am running into the consistent problem of balls hit down the third base line where the 3B picks it, has his momentum take him 10 ft. into foul territory, then throw out the runner by 3 steps (sometimes off balance). Similar issue with SS that are deep in the hole throwing off one foot and nailing runners every time. I am aware that there are players in real life that can make these plays, but it is not attempted in real life nearly as much.

Re: Fielding Question
The problem with the 3B is that he plays too far off the line but can get to too many balls down the line, it seems the like CPU 3B can get to more balls than my 3B for some reason. This then makes hitting the ball in the hole (between 3B and SS) too hard since he plays too much in the hole. Ideally, you would want to move the 3B in the defensive alignment for each batter in the lineup to a "shift left" position. I have arm strength at 3 (with baserunner speed at 4) and I feel it plays pretty fair; the SS rarely guns a guy out at 1st on a ball deep in the hole especially if the batter has above average run speed. -
Re: Fielding Question
I use Auto Field and Auto Throw (essential, MY fielders are the CPU) and I've seen no CPU advantage.
I cannot attest to how good jumps are for the assisted fielders though.
I've only seen elite 3B even come close to completing that play, by the way. Good luck getting Pablo Sandoval succeeding that throw to 1st!
Currently, I have speed and arm strength at 4. Careful with these though. Too much in any direction can drastically impact the entire scope of fielding, and unfairly/unwantedly inflate hit/extra base hit/ and ESPECIALLY infield hit totals.
