    Simulation Sliders

    Hey guys,

    I think I read on here before that only a certain set of sliders are actually taken into account when simming games. Can anyone re-post that for me and/or there current set of sliders when simming games. I play a Franchise as the Nationals, playing all there games, but I sim the other teams games. I lowered injuries to 2, but not sure what else I should maybe move around. I have seperate sliders obviously for simming and playing games. Thanks guys,

    Unless I'm forgetting one, the ONLY sliders that are factored into simmed games, are the two Stamina sliders (or four, technically), and Injury Frequency slider.

    I don't really sim games or follow the sim slider conversations much, but from what I understand, injuries are overly frequent in simmed games. Pitcher stamina is also decreased at a faster rate (read: a more realistic rate), so you will need to raise it back up to default if you had it lowered for in-game play.

    Basically if you decrease injury slider 1 or 2 points, and leave the staminas all at default, you should be fine.

      So you're saying if I used all default sliders I should be fine for simmed games

        I haven't messed with injury/stamina aspects of sliders, but I think what Bobhead listed (stamina, injury, and manager hook perhaps as welll) are said to affect simmed games this year.

        As for other sliders, I'm not sure because I haven't really tested, but the stats from the simmed games are tuned to be in line with the MLB ave overall (all sliders left at default):

        These numbers from gameplay are slightly off with the default sliders, which probably means the sliders (except what listed above) don't affect simmed games.
