    Messing around with Sliders

I've tried a bunch of slider sets and haven't been able to get realistic pitch counts, hit variety, walks, errors etc using the analog sticks.

So I tried this. This is the closest I've come. These are just preliminary but I'm getting pretty good results.

All User Settings are default except these

    Hitting Difficulty-Rookie
    Guess Pitch-Off
    Hitting View-Wide
    Pitching Difficulty-Rookie
    Pitching View-Broadcast
    Hot Zones-On
    Balks-On
    Warm Up Pitchers-Off
    Analog Throwing Difficulty-Allstar

All sliders are default except I moved these minus or plus this many clicks from default or set to 0

    Human Contact- -2
Human Pitcher Control - Set this to 0
Human Pitcher Consistency - Set this to 0
    CPU Contact - -2
CPU Pitcher Control - Set to 0
CPU Pitcher Consistency - Set to 0
CPU Strike Frequency - Set to 0
    Pitch Speed - -2
    Fielding Errors +2
    Throwing Errors +2

Pretty simple. I haven't messed with Pitcher fatigue too much yet or baserunning. I might try messing with fielder speed and reactions a bit. And the cpu's solid hits to give them more power. But i've been seeing hr's by the cpu for the most part. I'm now seeing plenty of variety of hits for me. And SO's are better on both sides as well as pitch counts. It's not as bad as it looks.

I might even try turning Pitching difficulty up to veteran and turning down the cpu power and see what that does to give human pitchers even more variability and fatigue. Errors could even be maxed.

These sliders are not as easy as they seem. When you turn pitcher control down like that I'm seeing good games. I'm playing as the royals with the OS full minors that are up for download with their rookies and am getting good games. I'm wondering what they will be like with good teams. But the CPU seems to hit realistically.

Try them out and let me know what you think. I'm trying to get good sliders with analog controls here. I'm basically using these for franchise against the cpu.
