What slider should I change to fix this (zone hitting)?

I'm playing on zone hitting on All-Star and I find I foul the ball off often, even if the PCI is nowhere near the pitch. For instance, if I'm expecting a low pitch for a double play and aim the cursor low. If the pitch is high and I still swing, the ball will often be fouled back.

Now, I'm not looking to make it that I only hit the ball if it's in the center of the PCI, but is the a slider I can adjust so that I get a stike if the PCI is two feet away from the pitch? Or is it more a difficulty level thing?

Adjust foul frequency(there's a slider called foul frequency)

Human Contact might be worth messing with. Foul frequency as pointed out above might help a little. A combination of sliders is probably what you need.
