Does anyone else have trouble striking guys out with their starters? I just can't seem to consistently strike people out at least at a high rate(highest I've gotten is 7 through 8 innings) yet my bullpen can rack up K's. What dictates swing and misses? I know k/9 factors in, but I should still be able to have the occasional high strikeout game with my 4-5th starter, I can't even manage a 9.00 k/9 with Justin Verlander.

Fielder Arm Strength 4 (only if you turn OFF the Throwing Meter)
