How do you get RPs to go for only one inning?

I'm using itbeme's sliders as a base and have fixed the issues where starters get pulled to early by bumping their stamina up one tick but even with RP stamina at 0, I have guys who aren't long relievers going for 2+ innings. Is there a way to fix this with sliders?

Yeah, don't let them strike out the side and actually challenge them.

If they are pitching in the top of the 6th and the bottom 6 has them batting in 2,3,4 spots...they're probably going to keep the RP in another inning because he didn't give up any hits. They will replace the pitcher if it's strategically advantageous.

A reliever hasn't struck out the side against me. And even so that wouldn't be realistic. A Rp doesn't get to go longer just because they struck out the side unless they're a long reliever performing mop up duty for the most part.

Only thing I can think of is turn Manager Hook way up. That might get the relievers out faster, especially with your lowered stamina.

Downside is that hook impacts starters, too. Need a SP hook and a RP hook.

Yeah I think I'll try jacking starter stamina and manager hook up and see what happens

With RP Stamina at 0 I have trouble finishing one inning. What mode is this in?
