Is the online portion of the game down for anyone else?

Tried to go on this morning and do some Challenge of the Week and got a network error message saying my connection to the show online has been lost. I did the whole reset system/router/modem thing and then tried other online game modes. No luck, same message. All my other games are working fine. Anyone else getting this?

This happened the morning of the patch 2 weeks ago or whenever it was. Hopefully they are fixing things.

The all important roster update, lol. God forbid you have to wait longer than a week for an up to date roster. It is soooooo much more important than the freezing issues online.

I'm REALLY hoping someone can help me out with this.

For whatever reason it seems I can't do anything online with MLB 14. The networking stuff in general is working okay (web browser thing, updates, apps, etc.) but I get a Network Error everytime I try to do anything manually with MLB 14. I'm trying to get rosters specifically but it seems the result is the same with anything. After thinking about it for a minute it looks like it times out and says Network Error. "Your connection to The Show Online has been lost.

I doubt this has anything to do with it since other things seems to be working, but, I've also noticed that when trying to do the nework test thing everything passes until it gets to NAT Type. That fails.

Everything behaves the same whether I'm using a wireless or wired connection.

My new modem doesn't have the abilities my old one had as far as restricting ports, etc. so I kind of doubt that's the issue. (I didn't have the PS4 with the old modem.)

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I am having the same trouble with the online part, It happens a few times a week, and usually when i have a chance to actually sit down and play. I wish they would go about things like EA and actually man up and tell people the servers are down and for how long.

Once again this has happened, I will not be buying the show next year that's for sure.

I finally got my PS4 up and running this morning (long winded ordeal to be posted on the console forum in a few minutes) finally got into PSN and then set up The Show 14 on my new PS4 and low and behold I kept losing my connection to The Show 14 sports connect....wanted to DL my cloud saves for franchise, season and RTTS. It kept kicking me out.

Then I came here and saw this thread.

Server maintenance.

Is this typical on Tuesday mornings? Anyway when I get home this afternoon all should be good.

Yes its typical for Tuesday morning maintenance and can usually tell if you have access to TSN which is now back up. I also tried this AM and it was kicking me out as well.
