Can commish change a team to another?

Started a 12 man round-robin league, but in order to activate it I had to assign a team to each slot even though we were 1 user short. Is there a way to change the assigned team to a different team of the new users' choice? I'm having trouble with this.

Use swap user not swap team option.

Ok so try that after the new user joins? I was trying to change the CPU team before the user joined and it wouldn't let me.

Actually if you haven't activated the league yet then any open teams must be set to CPU and then activate the league then set open team to user and then swap the owners.

I was 1 user short but set the last spot as a CPU then activated. Now I have a user joining who wants a different team. That's where I'm at now.

Ok so then my original post should apply... Did you try to use swap user?

No I did not try swap user yet because the new user hadn't joined at the time I was trying. He joined now, so I will try that after work and report back. I appreciate your help.

I tried swap user but nothing happened. I don't have another slot to move it to, not sure how swap user would work.

Maybe I misunderstood your original post. If you want the new user to be another team that currently exists then swap user would work but if you want him to be a new team that doesn't currently exist, that is, you want to add that new team, then there is no way to do that.

Ok that's what I was asking yes. There is no way to add a team that doesn't exist, got it. Thank you again.
