You'd have to sim starting him with the Yankees
Sim in this order
Yankees 1 season
Dodgers 1 1/2 seasons trade him to Rays at deadline
Rays 4 1/2 seasons
Dodgers 1 season
Reds 1 season
Cubs 1 season

Make sure if you start his service time from scratch you sim seasons for each team he's played for. They show up on the card. If you give him service time from another player make sure you put him on his previous team before you sim.
EXAMPLE
service time is 9.091
