AL East/Central transactions, lineups (minor league included) are finished...

Just wanted to let you guys know of how i'm doing the lineups, i'm literally going through box scores of the past 2-3 games and comparing them that way...When we say these are the most accurate rosters around, we mean it. I'll literally be shocked if these rosters fall below a 90% rating.

Lol Probably. But oh well. There will be more people impressed with the roster than the ones complaining about that.

Wondering if anyone will be doing a 25 man roster version for those starting a franchise. I don't think I can wait past Thursday but just curious

I'm confused. What would be the difference between the regular roster and a 25 man. Wouldn't the regular roster be all incompassing and all you need for a franchise?

Not really sure, but I'm sure Mizzou will provide a link upon release of the roster. About all we know is authentic is the creator, and I'm sure a thread will be created specifically for this sliders.

Just keep an eye on this thread. You'll find the link for the sliders when the roster releases.

Correct me if I'm wrong someone, but I believe a 25-man roster has only the 25 players on the MLB roster added to the 40-man roster. This makes it easier to call-up and send-down people without losing their minor league options. Makes it easier to call people up during Spring Training, and prepare your roster for the Rule 5 draft.

One thing I'm anxious to see is how Chris Carter, Astros 1B/DH, has been rated. Though he started the season slow, he's really picked it up.

In the last month and a half, Chris Carter has the following stat line:

                              31 games
                              .308 average
                              12 homeruns
                              30 RBIs
                              Slugging Percentage around .680
                              OPS around 1.050

For anyone that has watched Chris Carter, he had been terrible. But man, he straitened out his swing, shortened it out, and swung a little softer. Since then, he's been awesome.

I understand this could only be a good streak for a month, so I'm not asking for 70s contact and 90s power. I'm just curious. haha

Maybe it's the excited of the roster being only a few days away from release...
