Pitch edits will b the same unless someone can varify with me that a pitcher is a sinker ball thrower aka like Adam waino he has sinker listed as 2 seamer. However k/9 etc etc are being updated off steamers

Can't wait for these. I had been using the Hybrid roster, but didn't like how they turned out in Franchise mode. So I'm definitely excited for these to drop.

I'll try to get these guys in the vault for u tomorrow been hectic and I wanted to knock out as many pitch edits as I could tonight I gotta get up at 4 am for training..

Thanks man! I'm definitely trying to get them done ASAP. Lots of work to do but once pitch edits are done I think the ratings editing will fly by. The faces is gonna take a while got quite a bit of guys to do. But I'll do my best to get it done quickly. If I didn't have training I would have this out in no time as I only work 10 days a month in my civilian job.

I addressed this in Sean's thread where you commented on this same thing, but I thought that I would go ahead and address this here, as well. I thought that you might not see that reply in Sean's thread.

I'm not certain about the exact movement of that pitch, but I wanted to point out that Sean doesn't label pitch types based on what a pitcher calls that pitch and/or the actual grip of that pitch. He chooses pitch types based on the actual movement of that pitch.

As for in game movement of pitches, many pitchers who say they throw a two-seam fastball would need a sinker on The Show and many pitchers who would say they throw a sinker would actually need a two-seam fastball on The Show to accurately replicate that pitch.

The same goes for some pitcher's splitters and change ups, as well as sliders, slurves and curveballs and sliders and cutters.

To best replicate some change ups, a splitter needs to be used The Show.

As for sliders, slurves and curveballs, some pitchers who claim to throw a curveball might need a slurve or even slider on The Show to best replicate that pitch.

The same goes for some pitchers who throw sliders. Some of them might need a slurve to best replicate that pitch.

Some pitchers who claim to throw a slider might need a cutter and some pitchers who claim to throw a cutter might need a slider on The Show.

As far as attribute accuracy and realism goes when editing pitches in this manner, that is the only way to edit pitches to best replicate what occurs and what is seen in actual MLB games.

Once I get the info and stuff straightened out in the calcs I might need some help mainly need help with faces.. The ratings aren't too tedious but my face helper is getting married so I'm on my own again.. If anyone knows a good face maker that's down to help please let them know I would love some assistance. I see a few guys on here doing some good stuff but it looks like they are doing classic guys prolly not interested in helping.

Hmmm. If I must be honest, I'm not really good at faces. I've only tried a few times though. I created AJ Reed (Houston Astros 2nd round draft pick), so I could upload that so you can judge my editing skills before adding me to the project. Lol

It was a busy day of training didn't get a chance to look should be a easy day tomorrow I'll check out that guy then.. Good note I finished some more pitch edits and my buddy cra is gonna try and finish them up. So I will be ready to start editing the ratings as soon as game gets the calculators working up to speed.. If not I'll start working on faces.. Hopefully I will be close to finished by the time my training ends if not I got 5 days off before I go back to work on the civilian side so I can prolly knock the rest out then!

Not yet but getting close to having the pitch edits finished.. Ratings will take about a day or so.. Then faces is rough to estimate they take a while to do
