Re: SBFM(OS) ROSTER v1
I'm aware that these aren't the final cut, or even the most up-to-date roster set in the vault. However, they're the most thorough and accurate when it comes to ratings, so I thought I'd give some credit to the people who worked on them.Comment

Re: SBFM(OS) ROSTER v1
you're not getting my point, dude. you guys would be COMPLETELY off the hook in regards to all your other obligations and lives if you released installments. I also would have volunteered to get SOME more work done if there was any indication that there have been such extended periods of time where there's been zero progress.
i KNOW you have a life. but this is at the fault of your selective communication in this thread, going back to when you LAUGHED AT ME for suggesting that we even just wait until the waiver deadline of Aug 31 to release the rosters. and now we're two weeks after that deadline and apparently we're at a standstill with this project no longer a priority, when we have guys here who have literally been waiting months to start their franchise.
Yes, that's their faults and choices, but the fact is that you at this point seem to have zero empathy for the people who are waiting. This isn't about people not taking into account of all the hard work (that everyone loudly appreciates, btw) that you've put in. I don't think it's ridiculous to the point of assuming you have no life to expect there to have been some more progress by now, especially when you're conceding that you haven't even seen these rosters in quite some time.
Stop making it seem like I, or anyone else, who's antsy about details is just impatient and ungrateful or expecting the world of you. It's been your partial/selective/FALSE communications on what/when to expect from these rosters that have fueled all the angst and "impatience." If there's a delay and nobody has had time to work on these in a couple weeks, FINE. I can live with that too. But jesus christ, I am tired of you taking this "you'll get what you get when you get it and it's fine because you're going to like it anyway" attitude, when I'm SURE i'm not the only person who's checking these threads and finding it frustrating that after MONTHS of intent following, there's just nothing for over a week... after already what has become months of delays. While no one is blaming you for that, you should at least take a little humility and empathy for the project that you have obviously put so much time into, that you've just completely lost the ability to see it from any other perspective besides your own worked-to-hell view from the inside. People want this, and it's frustrating when it seems like they do more than even you do.
I've posted on here for several weeks, giving benefit of the doubt and coming to the acceptance that it's going to be a while. because it IS fine. they ARE your rosters and you don't have a team of guys. fine. But you're acting entitled to this huge amount of equity and slack among the people who WANT this rosters just because you're the one who made them, and it doesn't work like that when there's been this much lacking in urgency, and there is still only one partially completed roster out there to show for it.
I'm rooting for this project. I really am. I'm still not happy with the Hybrid set and I've followed these forums for a long time (although there might be two new Hybrid sets out by the time this roster is finally released).
Please don't make me feel like I care more than you do when all I'm doing is trying to manage expectations. All I want is to play my franchise with the best possible rosters and an idea of when that will be.Comment

I went from eagerly waiting for this to almost being completely turned off by the comments and "attitude" coming from Mizzou.
Comments like I don't care if nobody else plays with them I will be having fun with them, really? So your going to post on a public forum and have people waiting but be contempt using them only for yourself? Comments like "we have lives" are getting so played out it's not even funny. You have obviously taken on a much bigger duty than you can handle which is why I suggested installments so (A) we can finish these ourselves or (B) Just roll with them however they are at this point. Honestly even forget installments just put out what you have and enjoy your busy life. This whole I'm gonna take my ball and go home attitude is a slap to those who keep checking in over and over only to see the potential release of these go further and further away.
Nothing will be perfect, what's perfect to you will not be to someone else. Dragging this out when even YOU probably don't see light at the end of the tunnel anymore is ridiculous.Comment

If I could double and triple "like" this post I would.

Re: SBFM(OS) ROSTER v1
Guys instead of getting on Mizzou's or even me after my comments instead of complaining and getting on his *** why don't you just download his Aug. 14th roster, make the last 2 weeks of transactions yourself and go on your way. Everybody who plays/enjoys the Show should be grateful we have guys like Knight, Mizzou and others that take the time out of their busy schedules to do such an amazing job year in and year out! Get off his back and let him do his thing.Comment

There's re-rates, there are sliders... we were told rosters were being tested like three weeks ago, and then silence. Your suggestion of just downloading the Aug. 14 rosters is basically making the argument that the V2 project should be dropped. For all I know, it basically has.Last edited by Warehouse; 09-16-2014, 09:08 PM.Comment

Re: SBFM(OS) ROSTER v1
Only thing I'd say is if there was some more communication, you guys might have people, such as myself, that would pitch in to try and help get these completed. Turn this into a community project since you both have had so much going on in your lives. But thanks regardless for all the work you have put into them.

Re: SBFM(OS) ROSTER v1
did you read a word i wrote? NOBODY is getting on anyone's ***, in particular. obviously we're not waiting for two weeks of transactions, we're waiting for countless revisions that Mizzou talked about. Nobody isn't being grateful either. And I don't know what you mean by "let him do his thing" when there's literally nothing being done in terms of these rosters right now. Mizzou is appreciated and everything he does is respected and commended, but I'm complaining about half-assed communication and lack of progress after indications of otherwise. don't attack back at me just because i had the audacity to speak out. speaking out does not mean any sort of lack of respect or gratefulness.
