You don't have to re-create Tim Beckham. He'll be in MLB 15. He was on the Rays 40 man all season last year while injured (Torn ACL Out for year).

He was one I debated on. He could fall into the Drew Hutchison and Dustin McGowan categories as well. They did the same and were removed from the game

Oh okay. I guess we'll wait and see, but he should be in MLB 15. We'll find out soon enough I suppose.

If they are not a big name player like Arod obviously, they will more than likely not be on the 15 if they did not play 1 MLB game regardless of being on the 40 man roster or not. I wish they wouldnt remove any real players at all. They have a habit of removing real players off the game mainly in FA to make room for new ones added in a official SCEA update that are not real but created by them. I feel like if they were ever on a MLB THE SHOW game we should still have the available on the game, but a lot of the reason why they cant is using the rights to a player who no longer plays etc.. etc...

So I brought up last year and the developer team discussed it I believe but I asked last year on the default roster developers are added with face scans if these were unlocked where we could edit the names, height and weight etc we could turn those real developer faces into actual MLB players missing form the game that look close to the faces they scanned. This would come very handy for a asian developer face using that to turn in him into a asian player missing from the game.

One thing to all creators that I just realized is something I am always touching up and fixing is the way guys create only from a team photo. While these are great, you need to consider that the eye brows and cheeks tend to raise and protrude more if smiling. Try to find some normal on field shots to aid in positioning. We want players to look good on field, not on the editor

Willard, I understand what you're saying but I think the updated Hague needs more work. I can't tell that it is Hague. If you're familiar with what a player looks like and you can tell that a digital version looks like that player then we've done a good job. If we can't tell who the digital player is, then it probably needs more work.

I can kinda tell on the original that it is Hague and I freely admit that it needed more work but I can't tell at all who the update is supposed to be. Not an insult, just constructive criticism.

I just touched up Hague more. He wasn't my edit last time around and felt it was good, but I just did some more. I have literally been going team by team, player by player touching guys up.

While I admit they aren't all going to be perfect to everyone, what I do suggest to everyone is that instead of creating totally new players - copy from my touch up roster and touch up players as I have been doing. We did not reinvent any players last year, all were updates from the original player.

I have redone every Blue Jays player, and I thought I had done well previously to that.

I will continue to add some players as I get screenshots of players in play because the editor really does not give you full perspective of what they will look like in game.

And by the way that's a joke because I am the worst at editing faces. My Matt Hague might end up looking like Arsenio Hall or Jack Palance for all I know.

You guys do know Matt Hague will be in MLB 15 with the default rosters right? He played in 3 games last year and had 2 plate appearances.

Or am I misunderstanding and you guys are just debating who has a better Matt Hague face?
