Re: 2015 BASE OSFM/HYBRID CREATION AND EXECUTION
Wouldn't a SCEA created player have acrued stats and have commentary because thats the only way they get into the game?It depends. But it's extremely unlikely that a CAP will take the place of an established SCEA player due to loss of dedicated commentary and career stats. It's much more likely (although still debatable) for a CAP to replace a SCEA player who's accrued no stats and doesn't have commentary tied to him.Comment

Re: 2015 BASE OSFM/HYBRID CREATION AND EXECUTION
That's what I'm gonna do. Just to be able to play while waiting for these. I usually start several RTTS before finding the right position/attribute combo that I like so that's what I'll be doing until these rosters drop. I refuse to play franchise without these rosters.Comment

Re: 2015 BASE OSFM/HYBRID CREATION AND EXECUTION
Also think about a guy who has MLB service time, but doesn't get into many games and when he does it's only pinch running/defensive replacement situations or very few ABs. It's not incredibly common, but it certainly can occur.Chicago Cubs | Chicago Bulls | Green Bay Packers | Michigan WolverinesComment

Re: 2015 BASE OSFM/HYBRID CREATION AND EXECUTION
That's what I've done every year since OSFM rosters became a thing. In RTTS, you barely even notice the rosters because you are just playing as 1 guy, and I typically get 5-6 years in on RTTS anyway, so the rosters change so much regardless.
Franchise is always something I wait on the OSFM rosters for.Comment

Re: 2015 BASE OSFM/HYBRID CREATION AND EXECUTION
Sure, but in RTTS I want to be playing with contemporary prospects. I find it even more important to have OSFM with RTTS than franchise honestly as I don't start seeing prospects until my 2nd-3rd year in franchise, but start seeing them right off the bat in RTTS. I can't start either until I get a version of OSFM.That's what I've done every year since OSFM rosters became a thing. Nope it's not. But if you have '14 you can go grab it start a franchise and carry it over.Comment

Re: 2015 BASE OSFM/HYBRID CREATION AND EXECUTION
I'm not finding the export when I go into CPU roster control. I started a franchise in 14. Made sure roster control was on. Then uploaded it to cloud. Then continued it in 15. But when I go to roster control there isn't any option to import/export within the franchise. Any help would be appreciated and of course thanks to all the editors.Comment

So, just to clarify as I have been a long time lurker and want to clarify before I do this...
What are the negatives to carrying over a brand new Franchise from 2014 with the latest OSFM Roster update?Comment
