Well considering I'm working on a team...........

I'm not saying that I'm going to be late, but look at a guy like Teeds, he's got 4 teams he's working on and there's still a lot of yellow left of that spreadsheet. In years prior it was "We're done when we're done" and I just don't want to have an incomplete roster released due to the first due date in OSFM's history.

I'm confused lol. Earlier you said that the hybrid and OSFM would be released on the same day. Then it was maybe a a few days later. Now it's 3 weeks. Just looking for some clarification on when the hybrid set will be released as this is what I will be using for my franchise.

Will the version 1 of the hybrid be released around the same time as the OSFM set, then the better version of the hybrid released in 3 weeks? Or will it be another 3 weeks before the first hybrid set is released? Thanks for all you guys work on this!!

Should I highlight the part where he says "very fluid date" or what...? It will come out when it comes out...

Hybrid V1 will include any stances/motions in the thread, full rerate, jersey numbers update for minor league players, information check (although I am going to do that quickly before the OSFM V1 gets released).

The great thing about the Hybrid this year, because almost everyone respected the process when it came to creating the OSFM in regards to using our work from last year, and Teeds and WTNY have done incredible work on the spreadsheet providing almost every piece of info we could possible need as well as finding an even more accurate way to rate the players, WTNY has done just amazing work with this, creating the Hybrid will not be reinventing the wheel this year.

I have said it once and will say it again, I will not put my name or the names of all the guys who work on this behind a substandard roster release. There will never be perfection but it will be damn near close.

Sorry to ask this question, but does this mean that V1 of the OSFM still has a tentative release date of this coming weekend? I know you guys said you don't want a plethora of "when is it being released" questions, but when you float around different dates and different times and then change the dates from "same day" to "it won't be rushed, maybe 3 weeks," you have to expect certain questions to be asked, especially when everyone and their mother are waiting for these rosters.

I have been doing this rosters since the beginning, based on my massive experience editing and importing along with the guys we have working as well as where we stand with the "master file" I can safely say we will be good this weekend.... There will be no incomplete file released by me EVER. Will there be additional tweaking of stances, equip, minor league moves for future versions.... Yes, MLB is fluid and things constantly change... But if your insinuating it will be a half *** project it wont. By the way since there are so many critics of the work this year feel free to download some other roster or better yet chip in next year and help out. Some of the guys have bitten off more than they can chew, but Knight and I run into this every year... This year is no different. Teeds has done an extensive amount of work so we will be helping along. So as for your "in years prior" statement I was the one doing the importing and editing with Knight in years prior and we always set due dates as we were close to release as evident by my twitter blowing up last year in the week prior to release. Please get your facts straight.

If I'm not mistaken, the weekend release date is for OSFM. The "3 week" release date is for Hybrid OSFM.

Also, to shorten teeds' workload, I have offered to do all equipment for the Astros. I'd plug in accurate stances/motions from a thread if need be as well.

No need to get so defensive, like you I am also interested getting the most accurate and most complete rosters there are. This is my 4th year working on Arizona, last year I completed 4 teams, and I was just slightly concerned by the timetable since it's so drastically different than it has been since I started working on these. When the Diamondbacks are done, 1-2 more days, I'll be more than happy to work on any other team that you've got left to do.

I've also been working extensively on faces this year, which is also a first for me and I'm extremely happy with the results and I know you guys will be too. I'll let you guys know immediately when Arizona is ready to be imported, it shouldn't be too much longer.

Any teams that need assistance we have some guys to jump on. Honestly with the WIP roster the edits are minimal so i think some are making this harder than it has to be

I have offered to help on at least 10 different days. I had the game before it even came out and offered to start working and really didnt get anywhere so... im not complaining, but I also dont understand why some guys thought they could handle 10 teams...

Searched the forum and couldn't find anything. This may even be a dumb question but once these are released is it possible for PS3 users to gain access to these rosters? either through the vault or converting them somehow?

They will be on the ps3 through the vault because the vault is available to all 3 platforms ps3, vita and ps4.
