Roster Question ... 14 rosters into 15 game ... Last year OSFM/Hybrid Set

For all you Roster Makers out there .... Can any of you answer this questions for me...

I just updated to PS4 version of the game .... My question is this ....

Does anyone have a link to a thread (or more specifically the file) of a Roster set from 14(PS4) that includes the OSFM and/or Hybrid updates from last year, but that is also updated with this years Opening Day Lineups....

I know this might be a stretch, but just wondering if anyone has created this project and if it would even work?

Hope this make sense... Thanks to anyone responding in advance.

EDIT: Would also be interested in a set like this that is updated as of end of last season, but missing the off-season moves... Just curious as to what is out there and available now that I have ported over to PS4.

EDIT: If I am understanding, maybe this would only work with a Franchise file .... Maybe 1 that is at the beginning of ST or Opening Day .... That would work also ....

EDIT: I will simplify further... A Roster that is updated for PS4 that is OSFM and/or Hybrid with Pitch Edits (Preferably Jeezy) that is accurate as of last years opening day will work.... ST File or Opening Day Preferred ...

Sadly no

You cannot import full rosters from MLB14

You can import a FRANCHISE from MLB14, but you cannot export the roster from a franchise (only single players) to be available to share with others

So what you want is not possible

Your only option currently is:

...download one of the offseason OSFM updates and start a franchise in MLB 14, upload it to MLB 15 with 30 team control. Simulate everything with the CPU on manual trades (so there are none). Then re-sign everyone properly in the offseason and start in 15

Or wait until someone does this, exports every individual player, then imports them one by one into a new shareable MLB15 roster (very time consuming). AKA roughly what the OSFM team is currently doing at a even more detailed level

I don't have 14, and I am brand new on the PS4 system ....

Just a file with OSFM from last year (with pitch edits) loaded up on the 1st day of ST would suffice for me .... I am happy to play around with "Last Years" rosters ......

is it possible to share a Franchise file in this manner?

(Sorry, I have never understood how all this works, even as a long-time lurker)

You have to have the game in order to get the file for PS4. No way to share otherwise. You would go to the vault and download it from there.

I was under the impression someone who had the file could tansfer the file from there '14 to '15 and then share it that way...

I may just be all kinds of confused .....

What is the downside of just starting a franchise with the roster you want and importing it over, and then just playing out the 14 season schedule, in 15? Would that work? I'm sure there is a downside (other than it being last years schedule)' that I'm not thinking of.

This is exactly what I would like to accomplish... However, I do not have a roster file or the 14 game.... So I was hoping someone would be kind enough to "Share" it with me.... but it appears I am being told that is not allowed...

I want to play the 14 season with the 14 OSFM v3 w/ pitch edits on 15.....

Have no Plans to buy, but certainly thinking about renting and accomplishing this goal if that is the only way ...

Safe to assume the '14 Vault is still up and running?

Redbox only has 15 ... grrr ... who wants to lend me their copy of 14 so I can download the roster real fast!!!
