I would keep Panik's in-game stance, or Starlin Castro if you want a more relaxed bat movement.

I can't believe I missed Castro's, I like it for Panik slightly more than his given stance but it could really go either way.
This might be weird since Justin Maxwell already was suggested the stance but I like Young Jr's stance for Brandon Crawford also. Crawfords given stance has his hands hanging out in front of his body where as I've seen him resting the bat on his shoulder, plus the follow feels pretty good to me but again it could go either way.

I am working on my roster set and finally able to start importing players that are created from my MLB 14 file. So far I've been able to find the stances to update on your first page.
I myself use mlb.tv to edit equipment and great for stances i imagine.
Springe is my favorite player so it's hard to find the right stance. He was Romine earlier in the season. Now I've been going with:
