RidinDwnKingsley, first of all, congratulations to all of you for the terrific work done.
I have one question, I apologize for my ignorance.
I download the file V1 then start a Franchise.
Once will be the release of V2, my eventual download of it, it could be create me problems with my started Franchise ?.
Or the new version of the roster will overlap correctly to those of the V1 with which I began the franchise ?

Thank for all of your answers

Small note about Jays CP Miguel Castro: the created model's head is massively oversized. I tweaked the head scale down and it looked fine after that.

Once you start a franchise you are stuck with the roster you started it with. To use v2 you would need to start a new franchise with v2.

            Thank you very much.
So I'll start, however, the franchise and maybe with the next versions, I will play with another franchise.

This is the roster set I always like to use as it catches some mistakes and small oversights (which is understandable on such a huge project).

Looking forward to holding off on my franchise until these ones are released.

Any idea on when you plan a release of this (I am keeping in mind the other roster has been out for less than 24 hours).

But usually this is set is much quicker as fixes are very specific to complete.

              Thanks

I noticed Marco Gonzales seems to be rated very low in this game. I think maybe his rating was mixed up with someone elses (maybe Tyler Lyons?)

Does anyone know of a good site that keeps track of the minor league transactions on a day to day basis?

The consensus seems like #2/strong #3 is realistic, but there is #1 potential. I think a low 90's rating represents that pretty well.

After spending some time messing around with ratings, potentials, and whatnot, I've become really apprehensive to assign anyone near their full potential unless they're a low risk type. I actually like the 92 grade for Giolito because he hasn't pitched in the higher levels and has had TJ already, and the game gives plenty of chances for players to increase (and decrease) their potential.

I'll have to run some sims to see how the quality of the league looks like 5+ years in. I will say that a good number of real player potentials look kinda high as well.
Honestly I am no expert with ratings. I just entered in what they had on the spreadsheet. I was just asking you ssince I respect your opinion on the subject and if you feel things needed to change let me know. He can be a #1 starter, but wuth Kershaw around he's likely to be a #2 especially if Greinke leaves.

Otherwise everything looks great! Thanks for the effort and all the work that everyone put in to this.

I had Blewett in the set, but I think he got bumped for troy Patton when the Royals signed him. Ridin, I'd add Blewett back in, as he's a top 10 prospect, and maybe replace Stumpf (who's lower rated and at AA).

If you can't wait for version 2, I believe the roster I originally uploaded is still out there, user name : mhagf4, title: Springtown. you can download that and export blewett from there.

Also, the Royals added Jose martinez to the AAA roster real late, so might want to add him, and replace Ethan chapman.

Sorry I posted a couple pages back and don't know how to edit a post. After gaining a better understanding of how these rosters work, if it's possible to add or change any other guys I'd say these are the top 4 guys that should be added for the Rays. Just wanted to remove some and put them in order I believe of their importance for the future. Sorry again if I could've just edited the previous comment.

Jandel Gustave, SP of the Astros, needs a bump in velocity. In the roster, he's sitting at 91-92 when in real life he throws 98-100.

                            Appreciate it!

Some prospects power numbers look off. Most look right for a young guy coming up in the minors but some have outraggus strength Bryant and Gallo on Texas seem just to high. Gallo has 98 and 89 for power numbers for a 21 year old it just seems to high even for a future slugger.

                                Cant agree.

Gallo is a monster, 104 HR in 1056 AB, thats 104 bombs in less than two years worth of at bats (assuming 600 AB's per year as an average).

Whether that power translates to the majors who knows, but his raw power is off the charts - i see no reason NOT to give him stellar power numbers.
