Which Roster HELP....Pls point me in the right Direction

I am looking for a roster that meets the below - 40 man rosters - All prospects included in OSFM - Rerates would be good to have, if possible - Accurate accessories not necessary (makes no difference if cleat, batting glove, bat color are correct) - Pitch/Stance Edits not necessary I have read all the roster threads to find a roster and I believe Millennium's roster may be the answer, but not sure. Can any of yall point me in the right direction? I appreciate any help yall may provide Really, I don't understand why someone playing franchise wouldn't want 40 man rosters. If someone plays a franchise, then why wouldn't you want all the teams at their best and let your franchise injuries dictate everything? Let your franchise live and breathe on its own because your franchise and real MLB progress don't line up. For example, at the trade deadline......teams making moves in the real MLB and your franchise aren't necessarily the same teams.....

If you are looking for re rates right now osfm/ mils version is your best bet. Osfm hybrid and SBFM(os) will be editing more of the ratings and visual aspects of the game. Im not sure on hybrid but SBFM Will be 40 man rosters. Usually someone will make 40 mans if they weren't released with the roster.
