The only way you'll be able to add him to your franchise would be to create him yourself over another player (which you can't do right now, it should get patched in) no way to import a player into an existing franchise which sucks but it's either that or you start your franchise over with OSFM or whatever other route you choose to take to have Russell, definitely recommend the OSFM roster though
