Stats based. Last 2 years. I despise projection systems. They are guesses. Minor leaguers are all rated from 2014.

Contracts, I'm more concerned with years. Only changed Pence and Hamilton.

Scouting reports also play a huge role in ratings for me.

For contracts, once the draft bug is fixed it would be nice to have tabarnes19's salary updates:

Can these roster be used in RTTS with no problems? Or does the same glitch carry over to that mode too?

Great News! SCEA is aware of the problem with the set. Bad news is we don't know if they plan on fixing it.

That's great to hear. I did a test with your this roster and ran into it as well so I'm hoping they can identify the problem.

Yeah as soon as I hear it's a for sure go i will start working on the rest of the prospects faces and equipment. If anyone is interested in helping with equipment edits let me know. It will be an addition probably before version two maybe just like a 1.1 version or something with other error fixes and such.

start a franchise up, sim it and see if it freezes. A lot of these questions i feel can be answered with a little trial and error by the user. Ive seen it many times throughout these threads.

I just wanted to tell you guys that I don't get the draft bug with OSFM rosters and the rule 5 draft works as well, so maybe those two are related.

It's ID #14665 and I believe you can click on the plus symbol to give it a higher rating, which I believe means it'll get more attention by the developers and such.
