    Seems fair to me.

That's sounds like the best way to do that, or give them a RFB instead of 2 seamer, either way works for guys with only 2 pitches.

55, again, thanks so much for taking the time to do this. Are we still on track for a release tomorrow? I apologize for the eagerness, but I haven't been able to play this game since I first learned about your rosters, because what's the point of continuing my franchise if I'm just going to start a new one?

I know what you mean, pitch edits have always been a must for me since I started getting this game back in 09. I actually don't start a franchise until after pitch edits are out, and really don't actually even play the game all that much until then either, even though I buy it day 1 always. I play a few here and there just to get sliders down, but the las few years the game out of the box plays so well, that really not much ever needs changed and it the same ones each yr like reliever stamina having to be lowered way down. SCEA actually is the only sports game that I play that don't ever need much changed in way of sliders each yr unlike other sprts game like NBA2k where you have to make drastic changes for realism.

Have you tried inputting a few pitch edits in yourself. Like you said out of the box it plays beautiful game of baseball. The pitch edits just adds to it, which is a beautiful thing. I couldn't believe how well these pitch edits are. I just did 4 teams, Houston, Chicago White Sox, Milwaukee Brewers, Arizona.

Since I have always used pitch edits I haven't actually bothered to test them out, as I assume what WTNY did will work well. PLus I figured 55 will be done at somepoint today, so I will test them out before I actually decide to use that roster.

Only thing I have any concerns about it is control has always played a part in the % of that pitch being thrown compared to others, and when I looked at JJ Hoover his change was considerably higher in control rating, and he don't use that pitch all that much IRL especially compared to his FB. Or that's the way I understood seanjeezy explain it if I remember correctly a few years ago. So I do plan on testing them before I start backdating that roster, just to make sure there isn't anything that I don't care for, that would make me not use it, or decide to do my own pitch edits. My guess is they will be fine though as I trust WTNY and his knowledge, even with him being a Cubs fan

There are very knowledgeable folks on these boards. Willard just released his roster set with WTNY pitch edits. When I say this game play beautiful, that would be an understatement.

Yes there is a lot of knowledgeable people on this site, especially in the MLBTS forums. As great as this game is each yr, I think some of the guys here on this site that do rosters, rerates, pitch edits, etc, actually have a huge impact on making this game even greater than it is each yr. As I have said before I haven't actually ever played a franchise without pitch edits, so I don't know what it would be like, but I imagine I would get tired of the way SCEA does the pitch reperotires, after a while anyway, lol.

While I haven't played with anything other than stock ratings yet, the gameplay is a thing of beauty, not that its not every year, but this year the gameplay is imo by far the best its ever been. It truly is like watching a real baseball game playing this game. I really wish I got the same feeling out of NBA2k and Madden each yr as I do with MLBTS, but they just don't, not that they are horrible games, but it just goes to show just how great MLBTS devs do each yr with this game.

They'll be done when they're done.

Worked my *** off all weekend. I didn't get nearly as much progress done on these yesterday as I wanted though. Work killed me. I probably could finish these tonight, but Elimination Chamber is coming on at 8:00 pm and I'd much rather watch that than enter pitch edits. So there!

It took five guys around two full days to finish these for Willard's set, so I'm still well ahead of their pace.

I figured they'd take longer than the initial 2 day estimate! And that's okay, we all have lives outside of PS4. Looking forward to them soon!

There is no need to rush 55, work and family along with getting some relaxation is more important than editing some roster. Don't pay attention to any fools that think you need to hurry up, you don't owe knoe one anything, or does any other roster maker or editor out there for that matter.

Even with having all the ratings infront of you, that's still quite a undertaking to input the control and movement ratings of pitches, and having to look for some pitchers, because they aren't all on the team that the spreadsheet shows.

Yeah, it's not like the game is unplayable without the roster. I think Coffey was joking, but I know there are those that are always pushing for rosters to be done without having ever done the work it takes to complete the task.

Elimination Chamber was good last night, too!
