Player Options.. how to edit them?

For the Mets I found this article discussing player options (Being able to be sent down to the minors without being exposed to waivers):

"Nieuwenhuis isn't the only player with that out-of-options status.

Among the other players in camp who must be exposed to waivers if they were to fail to make the team: Wilmer Flores, John Mayberry Jr., Jenrry Mejia, Nieuwenhuis, Cesar Puello, Ruben Tejada and Carlos Torres."

In the OSFM rosters many of these players have 3 options remaining listed when in real life they don't have any. I try to make the team I am playing with as realistic as possible, is there any way to make those players have 0 options?

All of those players listed are SCEA players.

But to answer....there is no way to edit options.

I guess the best thing to do would be to burn an option at the beginning of the season with players that have too many then. There's no way to burn more than one per year I assume. Put that on my wishlist for 2016!

Anyone know a website that lists player options for MLB teams? That random article is the only thing I can find for the Mets. I don't see it listed on baseball reference or fangraphs player pages either.

There's a workaround for non-SCEA guys but it's pretty lengthy. So like you said, just hope it's gonna be in 16. I'd REALLY like to see editable options too!
BFR's future is still TBD, stay tuned for updates

This is very interesting. Have you tried outside of a franchise in the main menu roster area put the player in free agent for anyone then resigning them back? Maybe do your rosters for the players you want to have 0 options then start your season in franchise? Not sure if it will worked havent tested it yet.
