What are the formulas and scale of the ratings?

I am most curious in Contact vs RH, Contact vs LH, Power vs RH, Power vs LH, and Fielding.

What scale are the ratings on? What average does giving a player a 30 rating in contact vs RH equate to? What about a 50 rating? 70 rating? Has anyone worked this out?

How many home runs does a 50 power rating vs RH equal, How about an 80 rating? 30 rating?

For fielding how many errors does a 40 mean versus a 50? I know there are rating tools but I would like to know for myself how to update players during the year but keep them on the same rating scale as the rest of the SCEA players. I want to update the Mets which is the team I use, as well as any players having breakout or 'up' years, while keeping the rest of the players in the league on SCEA's ratings.
