I do agree but on my roster I gave him 67 speed.

    I got this from 2014.

Drafted in the 15th Round of the 2006 draft out of the University of New Orleans, Joey Butler is coming off of his third straight full season in AAA. A prototypical right fielder, Butler has a strong arm and good range, but doesn't have the speed to slide into CF and be average there defensively. Which is a shame, since his bat would play much better there than in an outfield corner.

Kris Bryant is one of the toughest to rate, I've seen in Statcast that his topspeed is one of the best in the MLB but because of his frame it takes him a lot of time to get running full speed, am not 100% sure on this one but i think the 68 SCEA gave him is acceptable, i gave him 70.

I think Adam Jones speed rating is not far from where it should be, the first few years of his career he was fast but in recent years he has gained a few pounds and doesn't move as good, SCEA has both at 63 i think Jones is like a 68 and Machado a 71.

Ortiz and Adrian Gonzalez...Gonzalez is a great doubles hitter and I can barely get doubles with him because he has an 8 speed. Also if Papi tries he can leg out some doubles off the monster. I think around 30 is fair for both.

I have Ortiz at 19 and Gonzalez at 16 but you have to keep in mind that they hit ton of doubles because of their power and not their speed, they hit doubles with balls in the gap or against the wall, you shouldn't try to make singles into doubles with them.

                    Re: Speed Ratings

How about Jose Bautista? He's not a speedster by any means but I am tired of the Show rating his speed (and fielding) well below average. I had his speed at mid to low 60s (it's since degraded into the 50s, which is fair)

Three years ago Choo was at least a 75-78 runner but he has slowed down a bit, SCEA has both at 63 i think 70 is good for Choo and 67 for Holt.
