How to properly control all teams ?

Hey all , I want to start a franchise as the Mets , however I want to make it to where I sorta control all teams rosters when it comes to trades, I don't want to play there games and I don't want to handle who they bring up for injuries and such just who they trade for who, how would I set this up ?

At the start of your franchise choose to control all 30 teams.
Have 2 profiles ready.
1 will have your teams options set up how you want.....mostly set to MANUAL
2 will have the other 29 teams....set all of their options to AUTO.
Assign the Mets 1...and the other 29 teams 2. Set 2 as the default profile.
What I do every day around mid-May(could be earlier though) is to check the TRANSACTIONS------PENDING TRANSACTIONS pages....go to the TRADE OFFERS page and then as they show up I either choose no or let the CPU decide(if I don't mind the trade)
Just make sure you have trades set to ON in the options when you start as well.
