I want to put together a team with players from different rosters from the vault. is there a way to do this in game or on a pc?

Yes....
You would download all the rosters you want to use players from.
Go into ROSTER CONTROL....and EXPORT PLAYER..you hit X on the player you want.....export is one of the options.

Start with one of the rosters you're pulling from(the one with the most players you want to use...less work for you to export/import)

You then do the same process with your "base roster(the one you're going to import into) and choose which players you want out and replace the with the ones you exported from the other rosters.
position player for position player
pitcher for pitcher only
(doesn't matter which positions....just pp or p)

SAVE YOUR ROSTER as you go along...!!!!
