    Retiring Players Thread

Post here about what age players retire in your franchise. Simmed a year and Byron Buxton retired due to a torn acl!!

Do players even retire from torn mcl's? acl's, yeah. But you can heal a mcl in 6 weeks without surgery. I've seen Show players retire from head fractures & that;s at least plausible.

This is interesting. I'm curious to see the patterns because I play with injuries off so I've never seen a career ending injury.

I was hoping Miggy would play for longer. He could easily DH until he was 40+

I thought the same thing. I torn my MCL and I was running full speed in 4 1/2 weeks.

I was shocked too but it's kind of random when guys retire. It's like guys who are free agents for 2 years, they often retire.

Not worries man I was just going along wit what u had said.

The list below consists of players who have recently voluntarily retired from baseball with a corresponding announcement. Most players retire from professional baseball involuntarily and the transaction will not be officially recorded and therefore will not be displayed on this page. TBC assumes retirement (but does not record as a transaction) after 2+ years of inactivity for the purpose of a player's official status.
